1. Each lubrication position and gearbox should be regularly filled with lubricating grease. The lubricating grease inside the gearbox should be replaced every month, and the remaining oil should be 0.2-0.3KG.

2. Before driving to add materials, the feeding socket should be turned off to avoid blockage while driving.

3. If there is rice blockage between the two rubber rollers, be sure to use the clutch handle to release the curtain roller to prevent safety accidents and maintain the equipment.

Before driving to add materials, after parking and cutting materials, or when the grain flow suddenly stops during the entire operation, the clutch handle should be used to release the slow roller to prevent the rubber roller from being worn out.

5. When the adhesive of the fast roller is damaged to about half, it can be used in pairs with the slow roller. When the friction coefficient of the rubber roller appears on the transformer iron core, a new rubber roller should be replaced, and both rollers should be replaced separately. The surface of the rubber roller should be kept flat and straight. If abnormal conditions such as grooves, spots, and uneven grinding of the small and large heads are found, the cause should be immediately investigated and repaired or replaced in multiple ways.

6. The rubber roller should not come into contact with vegetable oils and corrosive chemicals, and should not be immediately exposed to sunlight.
